Candidate should be highly motivated, self-directed and demonstrate ability to be a team player with current custodial staff to assure cleanliness and safety of the facility.  General cleaning duties and light maintenance expected.  Candidate must be able to work in team atmosphere.  Position reports to building principal/head custodian.

Duties include but are not limited to the following: 

Cleaning of classrooms and bathrooms, lifting, knowledge of floor management (stripping, waxing, buffing, mopping, etc).

Responsible for security of classrooms and building.

Help with set up and tear down for extracurricular activities.

Assist with repairs of school buildings and equipment. 

Move furniture and supplies.  

This position is for the 10am-6pm shift.
